With a home equity line of credit you can use the equity in your home to meet your needs as they arise. Apply once and have access to a line of credit, secured by your home, for whatever you need, whenever you need it.

When you want to access your home equity line of credit, it's as simple as going to E-Express or calling any of our offices and asking them to transfer an advance into your PFCU checking account. With the home equity line of credit the interest you pay may be tax deductible (check with your tax advisor regarding your particular situation.)

Fixed Rate Home Equity

Planning a remodeling project, paying for college or need to access the equity in your home for a special purchase? If you only need to access your equity one time we can fix you up with a fixed rate second mortgage.
